01 / The problem

A good lead deserves a clear next step.

When enquiries arrive while your team is busy, a simple handoff can get missed. Start with one specific gap and make it easier to see what happened.

Enquiry

A lead reaches out

An enquiry arrives through an agreed source, such as a website form.

Response

They hear back

An approved acknowledgement can go out from the agreed mailbox when the tools support it.

Handoff

Your team has a next step

The lead is recorded in an agreed destination and handed to the person responsible for replies.

02 / The starter installation

Fix one follow-up leak.

A bounded project for one agency client or one service business. We'll confirm the tools and scope before work begins.

50% to start · 50% on acceptance · scope agreed before deposit

Clear boundaries from the start.

The starter covers one lead source, one client and one workflow. It does not include follow-up sequences, SMS, old-contact campaigns, a CRM migration, additional integrations, review requests or ongoing monitoring.

Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are excluded. You'll approve any costs before they are incurred. Your organization owns its accounts and authorizes its own connections.

Target: five business days after the deposit, approved copy, access and a successful compatibility check. Timing is agreed for your setup.

The client approves the message and activation after the agreed tests. Additional follow-ups are separately scoped.

03 / See the idea

See the journey. See what happens when things go wrong.

Two short recordings of the interactive simulation. The business and enquiry are fictional; no real messages are sent. Both videos are silent.

Guided lead journey

Follow an enquiry through an acknowledgement, a lead record and the client handoff. About 24 seconds.

What the video shows

A fictional enquiry is entered into the simulated form. The demonstration shows an acknowledgement, a sample CRM record and internal handoff, followed by simulated acceptance checks.

Reliability walkthrough

See how the simulation illustrates a duplicate enquiry, a CRM outage and a safe retry. About 21 seconds.

What the video shows

The demonstration simulates a duplicate enquiry and updates an existing record. It then simulates an unavailable CRM, a failure alert and a retry that avoids another acknowledgement.

The videos and interactive demonstration illustrate the concept; they are not evidence of a live installation. Your workflow and integrations are agreed and tested for your tools. The interactive demo opens in a new tab and links to the same C$750 starter scope.

04 / How it works

One clear path from fit call to handoff.

STEP — 01

Find the gap

On a free 15-minute fit call, we trace one enquiry and check your existing tools and the outcome you need.

STEP — 02

Agree and build

Once the scope is feasible and agreed, I configure one workflow using authorized access to your client-owned tools and approved messages.

STEP — 03

Test and hand over

We review test results and the pause and recovery steps. You receive a walkthrough and handoff before any agreed live activation.

05 / Questions

Fair questions.

Who is this for?

Small agencies serving home-service businesses, and service businesses with one specific gap between an inbound enquiry and its follow-up. We check fit and compatibility before agreeing to work.

What do you need from me?

One lead source and destination, an approved mailbox, someone who handles replies, approved wording, and an account owner who can authorize the necessary access. We'll agree on test data and acceptance criteria first.

What does it cost to run?

Third-party software and usage costs depend on your existing accounts and are not included in the installation fee. Any additional cost requires your approval.

What happens if something breaks?

The installation includes 30 calendar days of correction for reproducible defects in the agreed build, with responses during agreed weekday business hours. New features, third-party changes and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped.

Who owns the workflow?

The installation is designed for your client-owned accounts or another arrangement agreed in advance. You'll receive the workflow documentation and handoff; access and ownership are confirmed before the project begins.

Will anything be sent without approval?

No live sending is activated until the workflow, recipients, messages and tests have been reviewed and approved by the client.
